I am putting up a guild corpse in the mansion basement, anyone in the guild can loot it.
RULE #1: Do not cast any spells around the corpse. If you do, it makes the corpse disappear. If you happen to accidently cast a spell, loot everything on the corpse and contact me imediatly.
This means you can't recall out, either. You must use the portal to leave the basement. Anything that uses mana ... don't do around the corpse.
RULE #2: Please only take items that you NEED. If you are just going to sell them, please don't take them.
RULE #3: TWO ITEMS must remain on the corpse at all times. If you loot everything off of the corpse, it will disappear.
Edited by Athenna to also add: Don't recall out, don't log out/in, don't drop things on the floor (either to mule or to just get rid of).
Basically, LEAVE THE BASEMENT AREA via your house portal before you do anything!!

Well, it means lots of extra storage. A corpse has 6 packs and one main pack to hold plenty of things on.
Villa storage is only 2 chests. A corpse means WAYYYYY more storage.
Be careful, though ... I would only put items you don't mind losing if you are going to try this.

OK, I am testing this theory before I totally trust it. Just call me the MYTH BUSTER!! LOL! I have to make a correction to my above statement as well. A corpse actually holds 10 packs, not 6, plus the main storage area. So far, my corpse has been down there for three solid days with me muling things back and fourth on her. I have 3 items left on her at all times that will never be taken off (one hearty healing pizza pie, a portal gem, and one beer). Pretty sure I won't miss them. They are in my 10th pack, so I will have much less of a chance of looting them all off. I have not logged in and out in the basement, but used my house portal first, and logged out after through my portal. Haven't cast any spells, or dropped items on the floor. So far, it's working out beautifully. I will keep you posted every few days, and if you are interested, feel free to check back in and see how it's going. I wouldn't mind it working out! The storage is MUCH NEEDED!!!
