Items needed:
Mortar and Pestle
Hot Peppers (Red Peppers) - found in Al-Jalima via portal in Arwic
Elaborate Dried Rations
Cooking Pot
Alchemy and cooking skills needed.
Crush the red peppers into hot sauce. (Use mortar and pestle on peppers).
Add the hot sauce to the elaborate dried rations.
Add the new healing ration to a cooking pot. Done.
Does not drain your health to make these.
Note: These are quite a bit heavier than trade elixirs, and restore same amount of health. They are just much easier to make, and you don't have to worry about death while making them.
