OK ... 'nough for me. Now they want to charge me to help me configure my router. Now, before I even called Verizon, I was on the line with D-Link (for about an hour) .. and D-Link took me as far as they could take me and said to call Verizon.
CLICK
I honestly just give up.

Oh .. the AC repair bill was only 85 bucks. Their customer service was RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME. All Seasons Comfort. 800-329-8883. Not sure if they are nation wide or not, but they certainly do a great job.

And they even fertilized your lawn for free!!! lol
Think you need another router like linksys. I have a USB blue tooth adapter so I could hook up my phone to my comp. The thing was a pain in the butt to get working..and keep working, can't imagine a router! I have a linksys router and was a breeze to get up and running.
Did you set you modem/ router up for static IP for AC?

Ohhh Tan .. My router has been configured and reconfigured numerous times. IP addresses, security codes, port routing, the whole deal. I am very fluent in this sort of thing. Sure I can pay someone to come out and redo it all AGAIN .. but I have already done that and had it working several times myself. It keeps going out, and now all of my network is done except for my main computer. What we are thinking of doing ... Getting a phone jack installed and using a base modem for each of our now wireless networking areas. BAM! Be done with it.
